Park Hyatt Residences at Oceanwide Plaza will set a new standard in exceptional residential design, featuring a superb collection of architecturally inspired modern residences. Offering an entirely new, unsurpassed lifestyle experience, a two-acre, park-like setting creates a peaceful city haven in the heart of a lively urban setting.

Plans call for a trio of skyline-altering towers featuring 504 luxury condominiums, a 184 room luxury Park Hyatt Hotel, and a two level retail galleria which will span the majority of the 4.6 acre property.

The tallest of the buildings, slated to rise 677 feet above street level, will offer two pool decks for hotel guests and residents. The smaller buildings, which take the form of twin 40-story towers, will share a park-like amenity deck, a basketball court, a jogging track and shade trees.

The retail component, dubbed The Collection at Oceanwide Plaza will house a 2 level 150,000 sqft galleria with a series of pedestrian paseos between Figueroa and Flower Streets. Additionally included in the design is a 37,000-square-foot open-air deck atop the retail space and a signature 32,000-square-foot LED ribbon - reportedly the largest on the West Coast - which will wrap the building's podium along Figueroa between 11th and 12th Streets.

Oceanwide Plaza, DTLA’s newest and most exciting mixed-use project, located directly across from Staples Center in the heart of the sports and entertainment district.
